Vergence 0.4b has been released.

Changelog:

• Fixed many typos and clarified many explanations.. 
• Stated more prominently that PCs are human in form.
• Added mechanical weight to bonds by adding a rule that lets you assist a PC with whom you have a bond once between rests without paying stress.
• Modified some aspects of the Masked Ball game structure, based on playtest feedback. 
• Added a new bloodline with two new playsheets: the Conqueror and the Trickster.

The next update will include a new Threat: the Expedition.
